I am a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with specialization in clinical massage.
My personal journey into massage was the result of a chronic running injury that was threatening to end my running ability altogether. I was fortunate to find a therapist who was educated about my particular issues, and-coupled with physical therapy-was able to get me back on the road without pain for the first time in years. Little did I know that massage could be way more than relaxation!
I grew up in the Manitowoc area but spent a 17 year hiatus in western Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota before moving back to the area in 2015. I am glad to be back in the land of 'breezes off the lake'.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, experimenting in the kitchen, or going for a run. (The last two are definitely related...my motto is, "I eat, therefore I run." :) )
